Ingredients

Akhrot (Kernel) – Also known as Walnut, Akhrot is a very potent anti-oxidant source. It helps in maintaining longevity and vitality of the body. It is considered as a brain food because of its amazing richness in Omega 3 fatty acids. It promotes healthy and stable brain.

Bala (Seed) – Also known as Country Mallow, the herb is used to augment the strength of the body as Bala, which refers to strength. Bala is used in varied herbal medicines to improve the strength of muscles, bones, and joints.
