A perfect homemade Remedy for Hip & Knee pain

If you are suffering from hop or knee pain then first of all just stop lifting weight. There is a medicine called Suranjan. It is available in two types Suranjan sweet and bitter. One must not use Suranjan bitter in any home remedy as it is a poison and it will result in your death. So, take sweet Suranjan and grind it finely in your home. For best and effective results don’t buy powdered form of suranjan from market. Eat 2-3 pinches of this powder thrice a day after every meal. If you don’t like this way then add some honey in the suranjan powder.

But keep in mind that the ratio of powder and honey should be 1:3 respectively. If you have 1 pinch of Suranjan powder then add 3 spoons of honey. As a medical treatment you can take capsules T-care after every meal along with milk or water.
