Ginger and Garlic are highly beneficial herbs for our health. No matter in what form they are consumed but our food should be enriched by the goodness of garlic and ginger.It is advised that garlic cloves should be consumed in food morsels. Raw garlic has a pungent and strong taste as well as smell thus it is difficult to eat is raw. Although, its taste gets tolerable if eaten along with food, people who don’t like spicy and heating taste, can opt for Kashmiri garlic.

Kashmiri garlic is easily available at general stores but is expensive and may not turn out to be affordable for a lot of people as it ranges from 1500/- to 2000/- per kilogram. Its size and shape resembles black gram and is less pungent and more beneficial as compared to normal garlic. Some people might not like taste of ginger in their tea, they should either increase the amount of sugar or reduce the amount of ginger in their tea.
