At the age of 14 to 16 body starts growing and needs utmost nutrition for proper growth. At this age mind, body and thoughts everything develops and to enhance growth balanced diet is required. Pulses are the richest source of protein and aids in healthy build up.

Daily consuming 2 to 3 bowls of pulses and vegetables would definitely increase the speed of the growth. Many children throw tantrums they should be given pulsed according to the taste they appreciate. Apart from pulses, fruits are also highly beneficial for growth as they have high nutritive value which boosts immune system and children become less prone to illness.
