There is a defense mechanism in our body that fights against the bacteria or any germs that enter our body. But, in some cases our defense mechanism starts acting against our body parts and start effecting adversely on our joints which causes pain. In medical terminology it is known as RA positive i.e. rheumatoid arthritis. There is another type of arthritis in which people say that “uric acid has increased”. When uric acid increases in our body, a sort of salt gathers at our joints and prevents blood to flow. Such people after waking up find difficulties to move or bend their joints. However, they get relieved after sometime as they start working. There is a common treatment in Unani to treat this disease. Unani medication takes around 2-3 months but, it also recovers the disease permanently and it will not happen again.
