Women’s Health : How to remain fit & healthy during Periods

After a particular age group girls start to have a menstrual cycle in which every month or so, the uterus lining becomes thicker to receive a fertilized germ cell (egg). But, in case if the egg is not fertilized that lining is released from the body as blood through the vagina. Some Indian ladies are often seen ignoring their health when they lose excess blood because of periods. Such women become anemic if not taken care properly after this much blood loss. They should drink carrot’s juice and apple’s juice or all red fruits like beetroot, turnip etc. Also, they should start take multivitamin on a weekly basis after the age of 30-35.
