With the jingle of the Christmas bell, winter knocks the door everywhere. Starting from November first week to March middle, almost all over the world gets the cozy and lazy hug of the winter season. Many regions of the globe might feel the cold charm even before November and it might continue a bit later up to the end of March.

Reasons for special care during winter

When we start enjoying the chilly breeze of the winter, our body starts catching different diseases simultaneously. We cannot neglect our body by not giving special care at this cold season. Otherwise, our body would end up taking rest on the bed whole winter because of the cold borne diseases.
